The overall objective of - the public consumer portal - is to offer consumers a single-point portal to consumer information.

The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority is responsible for operating, the public consumer portal.

A key tool in the efforts to create good consumer conditions in Denmark is to make consumers better equipped to making the right choices based on individual preferences and needs.

The consumer portal therefore provides advice about relevant topics and products to which consumers should pay special attention. Consumers may also use the portal to gain an overview of their consumer rights, both before and after making a purchase, including guidance as to how to submit complaints to the Complaints Resolution Centre and other relevant complaints bodies.
