The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority is responsible for operating forbrug.dk, the public consumer portal.

A key tool in the efforts to create good consumer conditions in Denmark is to make consumers better equipped to make the right choices based on individual preferences and needs.

The consumer portal forbrug.dk therefore lists various good advice about relevant topics and products to which consumers should pay special attention. Consumers may also use the portal to gain an overview of their consumer rights both before and after making a purchase, including guidance as to how to submit complaints to the Consumer Complaints Board and other relevant complaints bodies.
